Description

There is four basic principles of force, which is integrated into everything that you do. The Tui San exercises is a way to train that. The four principles are getting rid of your own force, getting rid of your opponents force, use your opponents force against themselves, and applying of own force. 


Tui San – Lesson 1

Learn how to get rid of your own force. This video explains how to adapt intuitively to pressure and gives you all the primary points of performance in order to master this skill.

Shoulder pull exercise. Letting go of your own force (isolated in the shoulder belt). Fundamental exercise for future adaptability and power generation skills.
