Technical Stand Up (get up)

A safe way to get back on your feet if you have ended up on the ground. Minimizing your opponent’s options for attacking while you getting back up. Also works well as a physical exercise.

A safe way to fall if you lose your balance. Minimizing your opponent’s options for following up with attacks. Also works well as a physical exercise.

Frontal body lift (lifting a body from front)

Training the ability to lift a body, so you can represent the grappler in partner drills against takedowns. Also works well as a physical exercise.

Rear body lift (lifting a body from behind)

Training the ability to lift a body, so you can represent the grappler in partner drills against takedowns.
